"Passive Investing in Commercial Real Estate" covers in a straight forward, and almost conversation manner, how to properly approach being a Passive Real Estate Investor. His methodical approach takes the unknown and guess work out of investing for those that don't have the time or desire to actively lead a real estate investing project. He dispels the notion that being a passive investor is just investing money, but rather doing your homework to make sure you not only enter into good deals, but great deal! A must read for anyone looking to invest into a syndication!

I listened to the author's interview on one of the podcasts. Then I read this book. It walks you through the whole process and tells you all the "secrets" from insider perspective.
I've already learned a lot about multifamily syndication by attending multifamily bootcamps, reading a lot of books and listening to a lot of podcast prior to reading this book. I thought I knew a lot. But I still learned something new from the book and got some insights from the author's interview.

Informative information for every passive real estate investor
Most books on real estate investing assume a would-be real estate investor wants or has the ability to actively manage physical real estate; but that is not always the case. Most people don't want to get their "hands dirty" or put in the mental, emotional and physical time and energy that comes with actively managing real estate.
If you are one of those investors, then this book is for you! With passive real estate investing, someone else gets their hands dirty. HOWEVER, be aware that this type or manner of investing is not mindless investing! (There is no such thing actually.) It requires your attention and for you to know what you are doing. After all, it is your money working for you. So, you need to pay attention and equip yourself with the tools for passive real estate investing. This book will get you started setting up a good foundation for your investment success in real estate.
